What is capacitor discharge welding
This process uses the energy stored in capacitors to generate a high-intensity electrical discharge lasting just milliseconds. This discharge melts the base of the stud and bonds it to the base metal without the need for drilling or complex preparation. The result is a solid, clean, and distortion-free joint—ideal for thin sheets, delicate parts, or finishes requiring maximum precision.
