In accordance with the provisions of the QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM according to ISO 9001/2015, we inform our suppliers that an evaluation of the effectiveness of both the SERVICE and the QUALITY of supplies will be carried out annually.
The minimum levels established are 98% in quality and 95% in service. Only in the case of not fulfilling these levels, the supplier will be notified of the level obtained and this in turn must present the corresponding action plan to solve the deviation.
