Our main protagonist in this process is the PT type threaded stud, manufactured in copper-plated steel and in accordance with ISO 898-1 standard. Its special pointed design facilitates instant fusion and ensures a homogeneous bond between the stud and the sheet, without the need for prior drilling. The mechanical strength of these studs, with values above 420 N/mm², guarantees reliable performance even in demanding applications.
